Meet Jordan

As a life-long athlete, Jordan discovered the physical and mental benefits of yoga as a long-distance runner and competitive soccer player in 2009. Shortly thereafter, she started practicing variations of vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga in the DC area. Jordan continued to deepen her practice and completed her 200hr and 50hr hour teacher training in 2017.

Jordan is an E-RYT 200 and has taught over 1,500 hours of yoga and meditation.
